Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors are included on the "Thank You" page in the conference program and pre-conference materials, as well as several pages on the conference website and signage in the convention center's registration area.

Listings in the conference and concert programs are contingent upon signing up before the program goes to layout and design.

Name Badge Lanyards

One available at $10,000

• Your logo and slogan are attached to each of our almost 10,000 attendees - music teachers, all-state students and their chaperones, invited performers, and exhibitors.  
• 5/8 inch thick double-bulldog clip lanyards attached to every attendee's name badge
• Price includes single-color white printing on dark red or maroon-colored lanyards distributed to all badge holders.  
• Full-color dye-sublimated printed 3/4" thick lanyards are available at $13,000

• Company logo or banner advertisements are displayed in the online conference pre-registration website and on computers at on-site registration.

• Main page banner advertisement under "sponsored by"
• Advertisement included in rotation on conference schedule pages within the app

• In addition to the conference, Members are encouraged to use the app throughout the year for announcements and issues of our magazine.
