Online Voting Instructions

Voting for the next president-elect is easy:

1. Go to FMEA.org/Vote
2. Login with the username and password you chose when you joined or renewed your FMEA membership*
3. Click the link that says "FMEA President-Elect 2023-2025"
4. Click the button with the name of your chosen candidate.
5. A pop-up will ask you to confirm that you have chosen the candidate for whom you want to vote. Once you click "O.K.," your vote will be permanently recorded
6. If you are eligible to also vote in the FEMEA, FOA or FVA elections, click the button that says "Vote in another Election" and click the appropriate link.

Voting Closing Times:

• FMEA: Saturday, January 14, 4:00 p.m. Eastern
• FEMEA: Friday, January 13, 11:50 p.m. Eastern
• FOA: Tuesday, January 11, 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern
• FVA: Friday, January 13, 11:59 p.m. Eastern

*If you don't know your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link and enter your username or one of the email addresses we have on file for you. An email will be sent to both your home and work email addresses. If you don't receive your password reset email, check your "spam" folder for a message from web@fmea.org or web@flmusiced.org. If you don't see the email in your spam folder, call 850-878-6844 or email web@fmea.org and confirm that your email address is correct in our database.

Passwords will not be given over the phone--we can only correct your email address so that your password reset link will be emailed to you when you use the "Forgot Password" link.

Your vote is anonymous! Even though we ask you to log in, that is only to make sure your membership is current and to ensure each member votes only once. Votes are stored in a way that makes it impossible to track which candidate you vote for. For this reason, once a vote is cast, it is permanently recorded and cannot be changed.

Members without internet access can request a paper ballot. This request must be in writing and received by the FMEA office no later than December 15, 2022. Send requests to 402 Office Plaza, Tallahassee, FL 32301 or via fax to 850-942-1793.
